Architecture notes, diagrams, and system boundaries for OpenFloodAI will live here.

Do not treat early notes as operational guidance until they are reviewed and linked from an accepted ADR.

Several product and architecture documents end with two short reviewer sections: Architect Review Notes record the key decisions and the main architecture risk or caution from a conceptual architecture review; QA Challenge Notes record what a QA challenge flagged as needing future test evidence, plus an overall QA recommendation on production-readiness. Each document's own section covers only what is specific to that document.
